Strong Junior/ Middle Web3 Project Manager (dApps) $$$

About the Project:

We are building a decentralized Web3 lottery platform powered by smart contracts and transparent on-chain mechanics. The system combines blockchain logic, backend services, and a modern web interface to ensure secure ticket processing, verifiable randomness, and automated prize distribution.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as a Project Manager in IT or product teams
• Proven hands-on experience working with web3 products and dApps (must-have)
• Experience supporting delivery of product features or complex functionality end-to-end
• Solid understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies
• Strong requirements management skills (gathering, structuring, documenting, and translating into development tasks)
• Practical understanding of dApp user flows, including wallet connection, transaction lifecycle, signing flows, gas fees, and smart contract interactions
• Experience working with cross-functional teams (engineering, QA, design)
• Ability to drive delivery in fast-paced and ambiguous environments
• Experience with planning, estimation, and timeline tracking
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• English level: Upper-Intermediate or higher

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end delivery of product features within web3 products and dApps, from requirements to release
• Gather, analyze, and structure business and product requirements
• Translate requirements into clear and actionable tasks for the development team
• Manage priorities, scope, and changes throughout the delivery process
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure smooth execution
• Track timelines, progress, and delivery quality
• Work closely with teams on dApp-specific flows, including wallet connection, transaction states, signing UX, and smart contract interaction scenarios
• Account for web3-specific aspects such as transaction flows, UX clarity, and security considerations
• Maintain transparent communication with stakeholders
• Identify and mitigate risks proactively
• Keep project and product documentation up to date
