Junior 2D Motion Designer

We are currently looking for a Junior 2D Motion Designer to create engaging animated videos for social media. As part of the team, you will learn how to work with animation and video content for different platforms, master motion design tools and techniques, and have opportunities to exchange knowledge and receive feedback from colleagues.
 

Over the past year, our team has grown significantly. Our Motion department now includes 30+ specialists, and we continue to expand активно, creating new opportunities for learning and professional growth.
 

Your future responsibilities:

• Work with existing projects (collections).
• Create advertising creatives based on briefs.
• Adapt videos for different platforms and localizations.
   

What you’ll need:

• Basic motion design skills (commercial experience is not required).
• Confident proficiency in Adobe After Effects.
• Understanding of video editing and principles of viewer attention.
• Ability to work with text, color, and composition.
• Pre-Intermediate+ level of English.
• Attention to detail, ability to learn quickly, and strong self-organization.
   

It would be great if you also:

• Have experience creating ads for social media.
• Have worked with extensions such as Animation Composer, Motion Tools, CompositeBrush, and others.
• Are familiar with AI tools such as NanoBanana, Veo3, ElevenLabs, and others.
• Know how to use scripts and expressions in your workflow.
