Team Lead Affiliate (Gambling)

International gambling project with its own affiliate network and in-house media buying is looking for a Team Lead Affiliate.

You will not start from scratch — we already have a strong infrastructure, team, traffic, and direct advertisers. Your main goal is to scale operations and drive measurable results.

Location: Remote / Warsaw

Responsibilities:
• Build and scale affiliate strategy across Tier 1–2 GEOs
• Grow and manage the partner network (acquisition and retention)
• Lead, develop, and motivate the affiliate team
• Manage traffic volumes and optimize performance
• Analyze ROI, CPA, RevShare and identify growth opportunities
• Collaborate closely with internal teams (media buying, product, tech)

Requirements:
• 2+ years of experience in affiliate marketing (gambling)
• 1+ year in a Team Lead / Manager role
• Strong understanding of CPA, RevShare, and Hybrid models
• Experience working with Tier 1–2 GEOs
• Proven experience in scaling traffic and managing volumes
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
