Affiliate manager (iGaming)

We are looking for an Affiliate Manager who knows how to build strong partnerships, work with traffic, and scale results.
This role is for someone who feels confident in the iGaming affiliate space and understands how to turn partnerships into sustainable business growth.
Responsibilities:

• Source and attract new partners to the affiliate program, including attending industry conferences
• Manage partners end-to-end: from onboarding and deal negotiation to link distribution, payouts, and upselling
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing partners, scaling traffic volumes
• Analyze traffic performance across CPA, RevShare, and Hybrid models; calculate ROI and suggest improvements
• Collaborate with internal teams (support, marketing, analytics, finance, product) to ensure smooth operations
• Maintain reporting and planning
• Execute tasks and achieve performance targets
   

Requirements:

• 1+ year of experience in affiliate marketing within the iGaming industry
• Strong communication skills: ability to negotiate, build relationships, and resolve conflicts
• Experience working with traffic sources: social media, SEO, Facebook, ASO, PPC, and paid traffic in general
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• English level B1 or higher
