Affiliate Manager (iGaming)

Affiliate Manager (Africa Focus)
 

Responsibilities:

  • Actively source new partners, conduct negotiations, manage accounts, and scale partnerships.
  • Analyze partner performance using Power BI, track growth/decline trends, identify growth opportunities, and re-engage underperforming partners.
  • Manage deals under Fix/CPA models, negotiate and secure favorable terms.
  • Monitor compliance with agreements and ensure traffic quality.
  • Coordinate tasks for content and design teams; manage promotional materials.
  • Ensure timely execution of assigned tasks.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as an Affiliate Manager.
  • Proven experience working with the African market (mandatory).
  • Russian language proficiency (required).
  • Hands-on experience with BetB2B, Slack, Jira; ability to analyze data in Power BI.
  • Strong understanding of key metrics (CR, NGR, ARPU).

Skills:

  • Ability to effectively analyze potential partner sources and identify fraud risks.
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage challenging situations with partners.

Additional Requirements:

  • Existing active affiliate partner base (mandatory).

Key Objectives:

  • Achieve targets for the number of connected partners.
  • Deliver on FTD count and deposit volume.
  • Drive expansion into new markets.
