We are a recruitment agency with strong IT delivery and real cases of closing vacancies in Europe, the USA, Canada and Israel.
 

We are currently building a system of active B2B client engagement and are looking for ambitious Freelance Lead Generators for long-term cooperation.


This is not just freelancing. This is a partnership with a transparent remuneration model and the possibility of moving to full-time with a rate.


๐ŸŽฏ Your tasks:

  • Search and attract IT companies (product / outsourcing / startups)
  • Outbound via LinkedIn and email
  • Access to decision makers (CEO, Founder, Head of HR, CTO)
  • Organization of qualified intro calls
  • Maintaining basic reporting on leads


๐Ÿ’ฐ Compensation model:

โœ” for the first 3 qualified calls for 100 EUR
โœ” all subsequent calls for 200 EUR or the opportunity to move to us full-time and receive a rate.
โœ” +15% of our commission for each successfully closed vacancy, which is somewhere between 500 and 2000 EUR.๐Ÿ”ฅ
โœ” You can realistically earn from 15,000 to 30,000 EUR from one client per year ๐Ÿ”ฅ depending on:
1) What percentage we signed it for
2) Number of vacancies in the company


Qualified call =

  1. The company meets our ICP
  2. There is a real need for hiring
  3. Conversation with a decision maker
  4. Cooperation with the agency is being discussed

  • Experience in B2B lead generation (IT is a big plus)
  • Independence and systematicity
  • People who know how to find the key are people
  • People who know how to think and find new sources for finding leads.
  • Result-oriented
  • Ability to work with LinkedIn - a must have!
  • English from Intermediate+ (you need to read what you write to the lead, at least in a translator!)
