Account manager (Outbound)

Softsich is a young and ambitious international product tech company developing scalable B2B digital platforms for global partners.
We are expanding our Retention / Outbound team and are looking for proactive Account Managers who feel confident on the phone, enjoy working with KPIs, and know how to turn communication into results.

In this role, you’ll work with an active player base, focus on outbound and follow-up calls, increase engagement, and directly impact revenue.

Your key responsibilities will include:

– Making outbound and follow-up calls to users to gather feedback and identify their needs.
– Strictly following call scripts, communication standards, and internal policies.
– Upselling services and encouraging clients participation activities and promotions.
– Increasing clients loyalty and service quality through a personalized approach.
– Handling objections and resolving clients issues during communication.
– Collaborating with retention managers and the team to improve clients experience.
– Achieving daily and monthly KPIs (calls volume, conversion, etc).

It’s a match if you have:

– Confident spoken English (Upper-Intermediate or higher) and no fear of phone communication.
– 1+ year of experience in sales, account management, retention, or outbound call roles.
– Strong result orientation and willingness to work with clear KPIs.
– Proactive mindset, ability to listen, and understand client needs.
– Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, Zoho, Bitrix24, HelpDesk, or similar).
– Stress resistance and a healthy attitude toward rejections.

Nice to have:

– Experience in marketing/digital and high-intensity sales niches.
– Background in call centers or retention/reactivation roles.
– Experience with upsell / cross-sell mechanics.
– Knowledge of additional foreign languages.
