Recruiter (Design , Motion)
We’re building a high-end creative studio working with fast-growing tech and AI companies, and we’re looking for someone who knows how to find the top 1% of talent.
Not just recruiters — talent hunters.
What you’ll do
- Source and attract top-tier digital designers and motion designers (senior level)
- Identify and engage A-players, not average candidates
- Build pipelines of exceptional creatives (not just fill roles)
- Run full-cycle recruiting: outreach → screening → closing
- Work closely with the founder and creative team to define what “great” looks like
What we’re looking for
- Proven experience hiring for strong design teams / creative studios / agencies
- Ability to spot true talent vs. “just good” portfolios
- Strong network or ability to hunt globally (Dribbble, Behance, LinkedIn, niche communities)
- Taste. You understand what top-level design and motion looks like
- Experience hiring senior and lead-level creatives
- High ownership, proactive mindset
Big plus
- Experience hiring for motion design / video / product design
- Worked with high-performance teams or startups
- Strong intuition for culture fit in creative teams
