2D artist/ animator for slot game

We are looking for someone with proven record of slot game designs done. We have a concept so far or a mockup, and we need it to be fully animated, sliced..etc 

We would like to start with one game and once it goes well we can offer fulltime position. 

ps. Ideal candidate is able to put stuff into frontend code bit by bit.
