About the role
Weβre looking for a Creative Producer with a strong performance mindset to drive the development of high-impact marketing creatives.
This is a hands-on individual contributor role working closely with the Head of Performance Marketing and an in-house design and motion team.
You will own the creative strategy, hypothesis generation, concept development, and performance optimization of marketing creatives.
Your goal is build creative systems that drive growth.
Responsibilities
Creative ideation & hypothesis generation
- Analyze competitors in Meta Ads Library and Google Ads
- Break down hooks, angles, and messaging
- Develop structured creative hypotheses
- Build testing plans for creatives
- Participate in brainstorming sessions
- The focus is on hypothesis-driven creative development, not intuition.
Production management
- Write clear and structured creative briefs
- Coordinate production with design and motion teams
- Review and approve creatives
- Iterate winning concepts
- Create variations for scaling
- Key focus: speed, volume, testing.
Performance analysis & optimization
- Analyze CTR, CVR, CPA, ROAS
- Identify patterns and winning angles
- Optimize creatives through iteration
- Generate scaling strategies for winning concepts
Requirements
- 3β5+ years experience in performance creative roles
- Experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads
- Strong understanding of A/B testing frameworks
- Data-driven mindset
- Ability to write clear briefs for design and motion teams
- Understanding of CTR, CVR, CPA, ROAS metrics
Nice to have
- Experience in AI products, Health & Fitness, or subscription apps
- Experience with high-volume creative testing
- Experience with UGC formats
- Experience using AI tools for creative generation
- English B2+
