Finance Operations/ Payments Manager (iGaming)

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Payments Manager to act as the bridge between affiliate managers, finance, anti-fraud, and partners.

What You’ll Do

• Perform regular reconciliation of traffic and conversions with partners
• Prepare final payout amounts and submit them to the finance team
• Communicate with partners regarding anti-fraud reports and resolve disputes
• Explain discrepancies to partners and get final approval for reconciliations

• Monitor payouts and ensure accurate and timely payments

   

Hard Skills

• Strong understanding of affiliate models: CPA / RevShare / Hybrid / Spend / Listing / Fixfee / Flatfee
• Basic knowledge of affiliate tracking systems, postback logic, and attribution flows
• Analytics & data handling: advanced Excel / Google Sheets, PBI / Tableau
• Understanding of anti-fraud processes: fraud detection, quality filters, AML/KYC, chargebacks, duplicate traffic

• Financial accuracy: commission calculations, payout preparation, and verification

   

Soft Skills

• Extreme attention to detail — any mistake can be costly
• Persistence and patience — comfortable working with repetitive tasks, spreadsheets, and large datasets
• Analytical thinking — understand why discrepancies occur and how payouts are calculated
• Clear and persuasive communication — explain discrepancies, defend company’s position, and maintain partner relationships

• Stress resilience — manage tight deadlines, conflicts, and pressure from partners

   

Ideal Candidate

• Background in affiliate management, traffic analysis, BI/reporting, or finance operations
• Experience with affiliate payouts and reconciliation processes
• High attention to detail, analytical mindset, and ability to work independently
