Senior Business Development Manager

We are looking for a Senior Business Development Manager who will take ownership of revenue generation from the moment a qualified lead enters the pipeline through to deal closure and contract signing.

 

This role operates as a full-cycle sales owner (similar to an Account Executive) responsible for managing complex B2B sales processes in collaboration with the SDR, Presales, Delivery, and Marketing.

 

The ideal candidate combines strong consultative selling skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to navigate multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles.

 

In addition to cooperation with SDR-generated opportunities, this role also contributes to market expansion initiatives, including conference participation, outbound campaign validation hypotheses, and new ICP exploration.

 

What We Value in a New Master

  • 5+ years in B2B technology sales (custom software development, AI, cloud, or digital transformation).
  • Proven experience managing complex consultative sales cycles.
  • Track record of closing mid-market or enterprise deals.
  • Experience collaborating with technical teams (Presales / Engineering / Delivery) during solution design.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Experience working with international clients and distributed teams.
  • Advanced English.

     

Nice to Have

  • Experience selling custom AI development, AI solutions, Conversational AI as a strong plus.
  • Familiarity with consultative sales approach.
  • Experience working with SDR teams and outbound sales programs.

 

How You’ll Contribute

  • Own the full sales cycle from first qualified call to contract signature (discovery, qualification, solution positioning, proposals).
  • Manage opportunities across all pipeline stages and drive deal progression.
  • Ensure alignment between client expectations and delivery capabilities.
  • Build relationships with senior stakeholders and decision-makers, identify business needs, and lead negotiations.
  • Collaborate with Presales and Delivery on solution validation, scoping, estimations, and proposal preparation.
  • Generate pipeline through outbound prospecting and your own network, validate and create new opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate CRM data, ensure clear next steps, and visibility across deals.
  • Contribute to pipeline forecasting and revenue projections.
  • Work closely with SDR and Marketing: support meeting-to-opportunity conversion, share feedback on messaging and ICP, contribute to outbound initiatives.
  • Represent the company at industry events and convert connections into qualified opportunities.
