Junior UI/UX Designer (Web3 and crypto ecosystem)

About the Company

Our client is a financial technology services provider dedicated to expanding global access to digital assets by building innovative solutions in the cryptocurrency ecosystem. Their products provide exchanges, liquidity solutions, and enterprise-grade integrations for clients worldwide. Specialized in building Crypto, Web3, and various White-Label Solutions, we are looking for an enthusiastic Junior UI/UX Designer to join our engineering team.

In this role, you will have an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a rapidly growing organization. You will work alongside senior designers and engineers to translate complex financial concepts into intuitive web applications.

As a Designer, you will be a contributor to our development lifecycle. Your main responsibilities will include:

• Design Support: Creating user-friendly interfaces and functional mockups for our exchange and liquidity platforms.
• Prototyping: Help translate requirements and mockups into fully functional, enterprise-grade application designs.
• Collaboration: Work closely with a UI/UX team, product owners, and developers to ensure design consistency.
• Optimization: Optimize components for responsiveness across browsers and devices, with a focus on data-heavy interfaces.
• Team Participation: Actively participate in design reviews, stand-ups, and sprint planning to maintain high-quality standards and share knowledge.

Qualifications

• English: Upper-Intermediate level or higher (both written and verbal).
• Experience: 1+ year of professional experience or a strong portfolio demonstrating UI/UX principles (ideally in fintech or complex web apps).
• Core Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in modern design tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD).
  • Basic understanding of responsive design and grid systems.
  • Familiarity with collaborative workflows and version control concepts.
• Education: A Bachelor's degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
