Market Researcher

We are currently looking for the Market Researcher with experience in mVAS/DCB sphere who can support us with analysis and insights within the MVAS market.

You will be responsible for analyzing markets within the MVAS sector, identifying weaknesses relative to the competition, and providing insights to improve the company’s presence in existing markets while anticipating potential new opportunities.

What you'll do:

• Conducting thorough analysis of market offers, including flows, terms and conditions, and design.
• Identifying trends, gaps, and competitive advantages in the MVAS ecosystem.
• Preparing detailed reports and presentations with strategic market recommendations for the User Acquisition and Business teams.

• Collaborating with internal teams to translate insights into actionable strategies to enhance performance and growth in current and potential markets.

   

About you:

• Experience in MVAS market research (or User Acquisition. affiliate marketing).
• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
• Experience with competitor monitoring tools.
• Ability to identify trends, opportunities, and risks in different GEOs.
• Knowledge of carrier billing and subscription flows.
• English — Upper-Intermediate level. 
• Comfortable using tools commonly used for MVAS market research, including traffic analysis platforms, carrier and aggregator intelligence tools, competitor monitoring tools, and data analysis dashboards.
