Team Lead Affiliate Manager

We are looking for an experienced Team Lead Affiliate Manager to join our team! In this role, you will lead and mentor the affiliate team while driving the growth and efficiency of our partner program. You’ll play a key role in shaping affiliate strategy, building strong partnerships, and ensuring outstanding performance across the affiliate channel.

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

• Lead, mentor, and develop the Affiliate Managers team, ensuring high performance and professional growth.
• Develop and implement the overall affiliate marketing strategy aligned with company goals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with top affiliates and strategic partners.
• Oversee the onboarding and management of new affiliates while strengthening relationships with existing partners.
• Monitor affiliate traffic quality, ensuring compliance with company policies and brand standards.
• Analyze key performance metrics (ROI, LTV, NGR, GGR, ARPU, ROAS, etc.) and identify opportunities for growth and optimization.
• Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, product, analytics, compliance) to improve affiliate performance.
• Develop incentive programs, campaigns, and loyalty initiatives for top-performing partners.
• Track and analyze team performance, ensuring KPIs are met and exceeded.
• Improve internal processes, reporting systems, and workflow efficiency within the affiliate department.
• Represent the company at industry conferences and networking events.

WHAT WILL HELP YOU SUCCEED IN THE ROLE

• 3+ years of experience in affiliate marketing within the iGaming or Betting industry.
• At least 1 year of experience leading or mentoring a team.
• Upper-intermediate or higher proficiency in English.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret traffic and performance data.
• Experience working with affiliate platforms, tracking systems, and CRM tools.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Strong organizational and project management abilities.
• Experience working with high-volume traffic partners.
• Willingness to travel and attend industry conferences.
