Founding AI Engineer, Warsaw

Seeking a founding AI engineer to develop real-time speech to text systems for military and emergency services, focusing on Python, in Warsaw.

This Founding AI Engineer role exists to drive the development of bespoke, real-time speech-to-text systems for initial customers, working closely with the founders in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment.

You’ll work closely with the founders to evolve our early stack and help service our first customers (French, German, Ukrainian, and Polish military units, as well as emergency services).

Requirements:

• Experience with implementing Voice AI systems in resource constrained environments
• Strong execution skills
• Desire to build from zero

• Ability to thrive in ambiguous, fast-moving environments

   

Conditions:

•  Compensation will depend on experience; expected range €70–110K + equity
• On-site in Warsaw, Poland; relocation and visa sponsorship are available for strong candidates. 
• Candidates must be able and willing to work from the office in Warsaw.
