Our mission is to make self-optimization and well-being accessible to everyone through modern technology. Our most recognized product is Ultiself, a mobile habit tracker used by thousands of people worldwide.

This role, however, is focused on a new wellness product currently in active development. We are building a platform that will redefine how users interact with health and self-improvement tools.

 

To support this growth, we are looking for a Creative Manager for Advertising who can develop strong advertising concepts, analyze competitors, and help us continuously improve our creative strategy.

Must be ok working later hours at least until 1:00 PM NYC (Kyiv Time 14:00 - 22:00)

Role Overview

We are looking for a creative and analytical person who is passionate about health, marketing, and user psychology. Your main responsibility will be developing advertising concepts for paid campaigns, primarily for Meta platforms (Facebook & Instagram).

 

This role requires someone who can:

  • deeply understand the product
  • analyze competitors
  • generate new creative ideas
  • write strong advertising hooks and messages
  • continuously test and improve concepts

 

We are looking for someone who truly wants to grow in the health & wellness space and contribute to the development of a global product.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Develop new advertising creative concepts for paid campaigns (primarily Meta Ads)
  • Analyze competitors, market trends, and successful ads in the health & wellness space
  • Create concepts for video and image ads
  • Work closely with designers, editors, and marketing team members
  • Write hooks, headlines, and primary ad texts
  • Plan and organize creative testing
  • Analyze creative performance and suggest improvements
  • Generate new ideas for UGC-style ads, storytelling formats, and product positioning
  • Help adapt advertising concepts for different audiences and markets

 

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 2+ years of experience in marketing, advertising, copywriting, or creative strategy
  • Strong copywriting or content writing skills
  • Experience creating advertising concepts or marketing campaigns
  • Ability to analyze competitors and identify successful advertising patterns
  • Strong creative thinking combined with analytical mindset
  • Good understanding of Meta advertising ecosystem
  • Upper-intermediate English level or higher
  • Strong research skills and ability to present insights clearly
  • High level of organization and ownership

 

Important Requirements:

We are primarily looking for candidates who:

  • Have experience working with international markets (US or Europe)
  • Have experience in the health, wellness, lifestyle, or self-improvement niche

Experience with the US audience and understanding of US advertising communication style is a strong advantages.

 

Nice to Have

  • Experience working with UGC creators or influencers
  • Experience in mobile apps marketing
  • Understanding of web funnels and conversion psychology
  • Experience creating creative strategies for paid traffic
  • Ability to think in advertising angles and positioning

 

Stages of the interview:

  • Interview with a recruiter or HR (30 minutes)
  • Test Task (completed within 1 day, typically requiring 2-3 hours of work)
  • Meeting with Marketing Director (30 minutes)

The test task will help us understand how you analyze a product and generate advertising concepts for our target audience.
