Softsich is a young and ambitious international product tech company that develops scalable B2B digital platforms. We’re on the lookout for an experienced ITSM Engineer / System Administrator who’s ready to take ownership of our internal SaaS ecosystem, cloud services, and corporate network infrastructure.

This role is about building reliable internal IT processes, supporting cloud environments, managing access lifecycle, and driving automation across tools like Google Workspace, Atlassian, and Slack. Your key responsibilities will include:

– Managing user lifecycle and access control across corporate systems.
– Handling requests and incidents via HelpDesk.
– Providing remote technical support (AnyDesk, TeamViewer, etc.).
– Administering Google Workspace, Atlassian, Slack (configuration, integrations, automations).
– Supporting and managing cloud environments (AWS, GCP, DO).
– Supporting VPNs, firewalls, Wi-Fi networks, VLANs, routing.
– Managing DNS zones, domain configuration, SSL, and related troubleshooting.
– Configuring and monitoring networking devices (routers, switches, access points).
– Enforcing IT security best practices (least privilege, MFA, access audits).
– Maintaining inventory of IT hardware, services, subscriptions, and licenses.
– Building automations and integrations between internal services.
– Continuously improving IT operations processes.


It’s a match if you have:

– 2+ years of experience as an IT Administrator / ITSM Engineer / System Administrator.
– Strong knowledge of Google Workspace, Slack, and Atlassian administration.
– Experience with Jira Service Management (JSM) and remote support tools.
– Basic administration experience with AWS/GCP/DO.
– Solid understanding of networking: VPN, Firewalls, Wi-Fi, DNS management, VLAN, routing.
– Experience with asset management, licenses, and procurement processes.
Nice to have:
– Experience with automation in Slack and scripting (Bash/Python).
– Experience with MDM solutions.
– Experience with VDI solutions.
– Understanding of ISO27001 / SOC2 requirements.
