We are looking for a Business Development Manager to help grow revenue and scale our project.

This role is focused on growth through B2B sales, partnerships, and new market opportunities. You will work closely with Product and other teams to identify growth opportunities, build effective sales processes, and develop strong partnership channels.

 

Key Responsibilities

1. Identify and evaluate growth opportunities

  • Research the market and identify promising opportunities for sales growth
  • Help the BizDev team turn tactical growth ideas into real results
  • Explore and clarify the needs and pain points of priority target audiences
  • Build effective approaches for reaching target customers

2. Develop long-cycle direct B2B sales

  • Work with the Product team to shape strong offers for key customer segments
  • Build and improve the sales pipeline
  • Run outreach campaigns and manage communication with large leads
  • Lead deals through the full cycle until closing

3. Grow sales through partnerships

  • Develop referral and affiliate programs
  • Build win-win partnerships with providers of complementary products and services, including technology and integration partners
  • Launch and grow other partnership formats that can increase sales, including co-marketing, channel, and strategic partnerships

 

We are looking for a specialist with 2+ years of experience in one or more of the following areas: Business Development, Lead Generation, B2B Sales, Growth / Revenue / Partnerships, Account Management with a strong commercial focus.

 

You should have:

  • Experience managing the B2B sales or business development cycle independently
  • Ability to identify and evaluate new growth opportunities in the market
  • Experience defining target audiences, testing hypotheses, and finding high-LTV segments
  • Experience launching and improving outreach channels using best practices
  • Experience with lead generation, cold outreach, and outbound/inbound communication
  • Negotiation skills and ability to move opportunities to real business results
  • Understanding of sales funnels, pipeline management, and key commercial metrics
  • Skills in market research, competitor analysis, and identifying growth opportunities
  • Ability to test hypotheses and measure results
  • Understanding of the connection between sales, product, market, and unit economics
  • Confident use of AI tools, automation, and modern sales/growth tools
  • Initiative, ownership, strong communication, and ability to work cross-functionally

 

Experience with partnerships, referral or affiliate mechanics, and other growth initiatives will be a strong advantage. Experience building win-win partnerships with providers of complementary products and services will be a plus.

Working conditions:

  • Remote work, european-based company.
  • Schedule: 5 working days / 2 days off.
  • Working hours: fixed, from 9:00 to 18:00.
  • Lunch break: flexible, 1 hour between 12:00 and 15:00.
  • Mandatory probationary period of 2-3 months (can be finished earlier, retroactively).
