SEO Specilist with Link Building Experience

Somma is seeking a full-time SEO Specialist to take a hands-on role in improving organic search performance across client accounts. This role is focused on both technical SEO and AI search visibility, with a strong emphasis on practical execution, ongoing optimisation, and measurable performance improvements.

We are looking for someone who can work closely with our team to identify opportunities, resolve technical issues, strengthen on-page SEO, improve site structure and content performance, and support visibility across both traditional search engines and emerging AI-driven search experiences. This is a highly tactical role suited to someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and confident turning SEO strategy into consistent execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and improve SEO performance across client accounts
• Conduct hands-on technical SEO audits and implement recommendations
• Improve site structure, crawlability, indexing, internal linking, and on-page optimisation
• Monitor keyword performance, rankings, traffic, and search visibility
• Identify quick wins and longer-term SEO opportunities
• Optimise websites and content for both traditional search and AI search visibility
• Work on metadata, content optimisation, schema, page performance, and technical fixes
• Collaborate with content, design, and development teams to support SEO outcomes
• Track performance and provide clear reporting and insights
• Stay up to date with SEO trends, algorithm changes, and AI search developments
