Affiliate Team Lead (iGaming) to $6000

We are looking for an Affiliate Team Lead to build, manage, and scale our affiliate department from scratch in a fast-growing B2C iGaming startup.

We are an early-stage B2C iGaming company focused on Tier 1 markets. The company is well-funded and building a strong core team to support long-term growth and product scaling.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute the affiliate growth strategy.
• Build and lead the affiliate team.
• Set KPIs, targets, and performance frameworks for the team.
• Manage and grow key affiliate partnerships.
• Monitor and improve traffic quality, profitability, and partner performance.
• Identify and mitigate fraud risks and compliance issues.
• Work closely with marketing, risk, payments, and product teams.
• Analyze affiliate performance and optimize acquisition channels.

Requirements:

• Proven experience 2+ years as an Affiliate Team Lead or Senior Affiliate Manager in iGaming.
• Strong experience working with Tier 1 markets.
• Deep understanding of affiliate traffic sources and performance marketing.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Analytical mindset and data-driven decision making. 
• English C1+
