Sourcer

We are looking for a proactive Sourcer to join our fast-growing team and help us scale our company of 300+ professionals.

In this role, you will focus on identifying, engaging, and attracting top talent across multiple departments, supporting the recruitment team by building strong talent pipelines and delivering high-quality candidate flow.

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

• Search and identify potential candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, social networks, and other sourcing platforms
• Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs
• Conduct initial candidate outreach and engagement
• Perform candidate pre-screening to assess basic qualifications and interest
• Work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements
• Use modern sourcing techniques such as Boolean search, market mapping, and competitor research
• Maintain candidate information in ATS and recruitment databases
• Monitor and analyze sourcing channels and market trends
• Support employer branding by creating a positive candidate experience

WHAT WILL HELP YOU SUCCEED IN THE ROLE

• 1+ year of experience in sourcing or recruitment
• Experience using LinkedIn, job boards, and social networks for candidate search
• Basic understanding of Boolean search and sourcing techniques
• Good research and analytical skills
• Strong communication skills
• English and Ukrainian languages (both written and spoken)
• Experience working with ATS systems or recruitment tools will be a plus
