Recruiter

We're looking for an experienced Recruiter to join our fast-growing team. You'll be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing to offer acceptance, while helping us continue scaling our team of 300+ people.

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

• Full life cycle recruiting management in all departments of the company (starting from position formation to an offer);
• Search and recruitment for various levels of vacancies (from junior to senior, lead);
• Using modern sourcing methods, including job sites, LinkedIn and other social networks;
• Interviewing and assessing candidates using a variety of techniques;
• Providing feedback to candidates and handling objections;
• Analyzing candidate sourcing sources and competitors;
• Maintaining documentation and compiling recruitment reports;
• Planning and organizing your work in a multi-tasking environment;
• Collaborating with hiring managers to coordinate job requirements and conduct interviews;
• Building a positive employer brand.

WHAT WILL HELP YOU SUCCEED IN THE ROLE

• 1+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment (in-house or agency);
• Knowledge of recruitment tools, methods and market trends;
• Knowledge of English and Ukrainian languages (both written and spoken);
• Strong organizational and communication skills;
• Practical experience with ATS systems, recruiting software and Excel for reporting.
