Requirements:

– 5+ years of the commercial experience with PHP. Golang would be plus.
– Excellent coding skills with strong understanding of SOLID principles, design patterns, and clean code practices
– Proficient in writing maintainable unit tests, understanding of test strategy, mocking, and code coverage tools
– Advanced SQL skills, ability to optimize queries, design schemas, and work with both relational and NoSQL databases (e.g. Redis, Elasticsearch)
– Able to write and maintain Docker images, work with Docker Compose; familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and Kubernetes is a plus
– Excellent Git knowledge, including branching strategies and collaboration workflows
– Strong experience designing and implementing RESTful APIs, proficient with HTTP protocol and documentation tools like OpenAPI/Swagger
– Understanding of OWASP Top 10, JWT, OAuth2, encryption, and secure data handling
– Confident working in Linux/Unix environments
– Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills; collaborative mindset and commitment to continuous learning

Would be a plus:

Experience in fintech or crypto, understanding of trading systems, blockchain basics, and financial compliance is a plus

— Independently delivers complete features from system design to deployment
— Handles complex features requiring cross-component integration
— Takes ownership of feature technical design within established architecture
— Drives feature implementation while mentoring junior team members

Technical Problem Solving:
— Debugs and resolves complex issues across multiple system components
— Investigates and fixes production issues with minimal supervision
— Proactively identifies and addresses technical debt in owned areas
— Provides root cause analysis and long-term solutions

Feature Ownership:
— Acts as technical owner for specific product features or components
— Defines and monitors feature-specific metrics and performance
— Creates feature documentation and knowledge sharing materials
— Ensures feature quality through comprehensive testing strategies

Team Collaboration:
— Mentors Middle engineers through code reviews and pair programming
— Participates actively in technical design discussions
— Contributes to sprint planning with accurate estimations
— Shares knowledge through team presentations and documentation

Technical Growth:
— Proposes improvements to team's development practices
— Experiments with new technologies relevant to team's domain
— Contributes to team's technical standards and guidelines
— Helps establish team's testing and quality practices
