Middle Analyst

We are looking for a Middle Analyst to join an analytics project for a US-based logistics company. 

Project: A SaaS-based shipping solution enables businesses to connect with carriers and optimize their freight operations.

Allocation:  Long-term / Full Time

Location: Remote
Client location: USA 

Hiring Process:
HR interview
Technical interview / practical skills assessment
Final interview with the client

Tech Stack:

• Power BI
• Data analysis / reporting
• Dashboard building
• Working with operational and business metrics
• SQL will be a plus

Responsibilities:

• Analyze timesheet and project data to generate actionable insights
• Prepare and deliver weekly and monthly reports
• Build and maintain dashboards to track support metrics and performance trends
• Monitor key metrics, identify significant changes, and proactively highlight insights
• Support recurring reporting processes in line with established schedules
• Collaborate closely with clients and internal business teams to ensure data accuracy and relevance

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of experience 
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw meaningful insights
• Ability to analyze datasets, identify trends, and detect anomalies
• Experience in building and maintaining recurring reports and dashboards
• Comfortable working with both ad-hoc analysis and ongoing operational reporting
• Proficiency in Power BI for data visualization and reporting

• English level: Upper-intermediate/Advanced

• Knowledge of SQL
