NLP AI/ML Engineer

We are building an AI-driven platform for Project Estimation that helps businesses accurately estimate complex software projects using LLM technologies.

The product is moving from a working prototype to a scalable production system, and we are looking for an expert to help strengthen the AI engine and system performance.
 

Responsibilities

• Optimize LLM chains and system response time
• Implement parallel request processing for multiple users
• Build and refine agent orchestration using LangGraph
• Improve NLP processing of project requirements and estimation accuracy
   

Requirements

• Strong expertise in NLP and LLM systems
• Hands-on experience with LangGraph and multi-agent architectures
• Solid understanding of concurrency, async workflows, and token optimization
• Experience deploying AI solutions to production environments

Nice to have
 

• Experience with Vector Databases and RAG architectures
• Understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle
