The Role

We are looking for a Lead CRM Manager who will own and scale our CRM and subscriber lifecycle strategy with a strong focus on revenue generation.

This role goes far beyond traditional email marketing. You will architect and operate a high-performance CRM sales engine designed to maximize subscriber monetization through targeted messaging, automation, and continuous experimentation.

Your success will be measured not by open rates, but by Revenue Per Subscriber (RPS), Conversion Rate, and Net Revenue generated through CRM channels.

 

What You Will Do

CRM Strategy & Lifecycle Management
Develop and execute a CRM roadmap focused on maximizing subscriber lifetime value (LTV) and long-term engagement.

High-Volume Monetization Campaigns
Plan, schedule, and optimize mass messaging campaigns promoting exclusive digital content (PPV).

Segmentation & Personalization
Segment the subscriber base based on behavioral signals, engagement patterns, and spending habits to deliver highly targeted offers.

A/B Testing & Optimization
Continuously test subject lines, hooks, media formats, pricing tiers, and campaign timing to identify high-converting approaches.

Funnel & Automation Development
Build and optimize lifecycle flows such as Welcome, onboarding, retention, and win-back sequences to reduce churn and reactivate dormant subscribers.

Performance Analytics
Track campaign performance and provide regular reporting on revenue, conversion rates, and ROI, turning insights into actionable improvements.

 

Candidate Expectations

  • 3+ years of experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing, or retention marketing
  • Strong data-driven mindset with experience working with revenue-focused KPIs
  • Experience managing high-volume messaging campaigns and automated CRM flows
  • Understanding of monetization funnels, subscriber behavior, and retention mechanics
  • Ability to analyze performance data and translate insights into strategic actions
  • Comfortable working with CRM tools, analytics dashboards, and automation systems
  • English level B2+ for working in an international environment

  • Net Revenue generated through CRM channels
  • Conversion Rate of subscribers purchasing PPV content
  • Retention Rate and subscriber engagement over time
  • Revenue Per Subscriber (RPS) and overall monetization efficiency
