IT Project Manager (offline)

Job Description
Our Company provides TV content over North America for various ethnic groups: Polish, Russian, German, Ukrainian, etc. Junior Project Manager works on TV Websites development and improvements; will closely cooperate with Marketing department.

Daily activities include:

1. Develop and deliver a project successfully (client is happy, planned functionality implemented, quality assurance performed and bugs are fixed, product successfully release to the appropriate environment)
2. Manage team and process coordination across team members (responsible for team members workload, managing resources required for a team to perform work)
3. Prepare and define projects scope, schedule, budget, and resource plans jointly with the team
4. Ensure projects flow well
5. Negotiate projects acceptance criteria and develop strategies to meet the requirements and deliver superior quality
6. Define change management process and follow it while tracking all projects KPIs
7. Develop project compliance with estimated budget and timelines
8. Manage projects risks

Qualifications
Required skills and experience:

1. Fluent written English; upper-intermediate verbal English
2. Previous experience in IT development is a plus
3. Fluent Russian
4. Knowledge of BitBucket, CRM management, Agile principles, Zeplin
5. Good administrative skills
6. Detail-oriented is a must
7. Bachelor degree
8. Ability to clearly communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audience
