VIP Manager

Pre-VIP Manager (Spanish Native)

We are looking for a Pre-VIP Manager to work with potential VIP clients, build long-term relationships, and help transition them into the VIP segment.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Communicate with clients via chat, email, phone, WhatsApp, and other messengers.
• Handle incoming requests and conduct proactive outreach.
• Daily handling of 100+ clients.
• Transition Pre-VIP clients into VIP.
•  Increase client loyalty and retention.
• Process requests related to bonuses and promotions.
• Close collaboration with cross-functional teams to improve client experience.

🔹 Requirements:

•  Spanish — native level
• Proven ability to work in a high-pressure, high-volume support environment
• Strong stress resistance and emotional stability
•  Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
• Own equipment: laptop or PC, stable internet connection, headphones with microphone
• Willingness to receive payments via crypto wallet
• Experience in high-load chat support or similar roles is a strong plus
