Our client is an international product-based IT company specializing in the iGaming industry.
Founded in 2014, the company has been successfully operating on the market for more than 11 years, bringing together a team of 390+ professionals. Starting as a leader in the CIS region, the company is now actively expanding on a global scale.
We are currently looking for a Product manager
📋 Key responsibilities and your contribution:
- Act as a product manager on the self-written platform working with a variety of internal services
- Lead the initiative team focused on the multibrand direction, working along with project manager and business owner to ensure alignment with the business goals
- Work on enhancing the current functionality of internal admin panels
- Play a leading role integrating 3rd party solutions to extend the platform offerings
- Embrace accountability for decisions success in your initiative team. Set standards for ownership within the team
- Create new features that would make the platform competitive on the market
- Work closely with stakeholders, design and tech leads to ensure consistent delivery and stable work of team's services
Integrate effort, risk, and maintenance cost into roadmap planning. Communicate trade-offs - Interpret product and user data to identify patterns, generate insights, and recommend actionable next steps
- Drive a structured discovery process and translate insights into prioritized product goals that deliver meaningful customer and business value
- Collaborate with Research team to define success metrics for experiments, frame hypotheses, and incorporate insights into planning
- Optimize initiative processes to improve delivery, reduce risk, and increase velocity. Identify bottlenecks and resolve them cross-functionally
📚 Your qualifications:
- Experience: 3+ years in iGaming (B2B platform preferably)
- Experience working with JIRA, Tableau (or similar)
- Strong ability to define and communicate product requirements across multiple cross-functional teams
- Proficiency in making decisions based on metrics and/or market insights
- Confidence delivering uncomfortable truth to C-lvl management
- Strong communication skills
- Solid organizational skills being able to work independently aligning with the overall business goals
- Optional: experience working with Figma
