Video Editor (iGaming)

We are looking for a Video Editor with experience in media buying (iGaming) to create high-converting advertising video creatives. The ideal candidate has strong skills in Adobe Premiere Pro, understands advertising formats, and can adapt video content for different platforms and GEOs, working effectively within a team and focusing on performance results.
Key Responsibilities
- Edit advertising videos from provided materials (cuts, clips, partner content).
- Create cohesive video creatives using materials from multiple sources.
- Adapt videos for different platforms, formats, and GEOs (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Native).
- Search and select video materials independently for advertising campaigns when needed.
- Optimize creatives to improve engagement and conversion performance.
- Collaborate with media buyers, designers, and marketing teams to produce effective ad creatives.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience as a Video Editor.
- Experience creating video creatives for media buying / performance marketing.
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro (required).
- Solid knowledge of video editing fundamentals:
- cutting and transitions
- sound editing (music, effects, synchronization)
- basic color correction
- adding simple infographics and titles
- Understanding of video formats and requirements for advertising platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Native ads).
- Ability to work independently, manage tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Creativity and willingness to suggest new ideas for ad creatives.
- Openness to feedback and revisions.
- Strong self-organization and teamwork skills.
Nice to Have
- Experience in the iGaming industry (online casino or sports betting).
- Skills in Adobe After Effects for motion graphics and advanced effects.
- Experience testing and optimizing performance-driven video creatives.
- Understanding of different GEO market specifics in advertising.
