AI Integration Specialist
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with different departments (Marketing, Sales, HR, Finance, etc.) to understand their workflows and identify opportunities to improve efficiency using AI tools.
- Analyze existing processes and propose automation or AI-assisted solutions.
- Implement AI-powered automations using available tools (LLMs, workflow automation platforms, data tools, etc.).
- Build and maintain internal AI workflows, prompts, and integrations.
- Train and support team members in using AI tools in their daily work.
- Monitor performance of implemented automations and continuously improve them.
- Document AI workflows, best practices, and internal guidelines.
Requirements:
- Strong curiosity about AI and automation and motivation to continuously learn.
- Basic understanding of AI tools (e.g. LLMs, automation platforms, data tools) and how they can be applied in business processes.
- Analytical mindset and ability to break down workflows and identify inefficiencies.
- Basic technical skills (e.g. working with APIs, automation tools, spreadsheets, or scripting is a plus).
- Experience in operations, data analysis, product, or technical roles is a plus.
- Ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical teams.
- Problem-solving mindset and willingness to experiment with new tools.
- Self-driven and proactive approach to identifying improvement opportunities.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with automation tools (Zapier, Make, n8n, etc.).
- Experience with prompt engineering and LLM-based workflows.
- Basic knowledge of Python, SQL, or data analysis.
- Experience implementing internal tools or process improvements.
