We are growing our Recruiting team and looking for a Talent Sourcer.

Your impact:
 

• Proactively source qualified candidates based on job requirements through various channels: LinkedIn, job boards, internal databases, and social media.
• Maintain communication with candidates throughout the entire hiring process.
• Collaborate closely with the recruitment team and hiring managers.
   
• Identify new contacts and maintain a clean, up-to-date candidate database.
• Track and analyze sourcing metrics to continuously improve the efficiency of the recruitment funnel.
   

About you:
 

• 1+ years of experience as a Researcher or Sourcer.
• Hands-on experience and deep knowledge of sourcing tools and platforms.
• Proven track record in market research and data analysis.
• English proficiency at an Intermediate level (B1) or higher.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to build effective relationships.
• High level of self-organization, responsibility, and a proactive mindset.
