AI Engineer (Voice Agents + RAG)

About the role

We are building an AI assistant for the legal domain that will combine:

• Voice AI agents that can call users and collect structured information
• LLM-based workflows for conversation and reasoning
• RAG system for answering questions based on legal documents
• Knowledge base for structured legal information

The system will work with voice calls, documents, and conversational interfaces, helping automate legal workflows and client communication.

Responsibilities

• Design architecture for AI agents and LLM workflows
• Build voice interaction pipelines
• Develop RAG pipelines for document retrieval
• Integrate LLMs with APIs and internal systems
• Work with vector databases and embeddings
• Optimize prompts, latency, and reliability of AI responses

Tech stack (expected)

Strong experience with:

• Python
• LLM APIs (OpenAI / Anthropic)
• RAG systems
• Vector databases

Nice to have:

• LangChain / LangGraph / LlamaIndex
• Twilio / VAPI / Retell
• Speech-to-Text / Text-to-Speech

• FastAPI
