Lead Generation Specialist for Marketing Agency

Outventure is a B2B marketing agency specialized in SaaS, manufacturing, and logistics. We run cold outreach (email + LinkedIn) and an Upwork agency account that already generate opportunities. We need someone to own the front of that pipeline.
 

This is not a from-scratch role. The channels are live. Your job is to turn what comes in into qualified conversations β€” and to keep our Upwork account winning new work.
 

What you'll do

  • Build and run our agency's own outbound campaigns - cold email and LinkedIn using Outventure's existing playbooks: ICP list-building, sequence setup, copy adaptation, deliverability, and tracking.
  • Write and send Upwork proposals from our agency account. Core to the job,  you'll bid daily and push the win rate up.
  • Handle inbound replies from our cold email and LinkedIn campaigns: respond fast, qualify, book calls.
  • Run first-touch qualification calls, confirm fit, need, and budget before passing a lead to the founder.
  • You will be responsible for maintaining communication retaining the leads to the pipeline 
  • Track every lead in our CRM (HubSpot). Nothing goes cold or unanswered.
  • Flag what's working & statystics: proposal angles, reply rates, qualification patterns. 
  • Exploring and implementing new methods for Lead Generation that we haven’t used yet, such as Clutch, Bechance, cold calling, etc. 
     

What we need

  • 1-2+ years in BDR / SDR / lead gen for a B2B service or SaaS company. Expirience with Agency services, especially marketing is a big plus
  • Hands-on Upwork experience, proposals that actually won work, ideally from an agency account.
  • Comfortable on calls. You can hold an early-stage qualification conversation, not just send messages.
  • Strong professional English, written and spoken. Other languages are a plus.
  • Familiar with the tooling: a CRM (HubSpot or similar), LinkedIn / Sales Navigator, outreach tools (Reply.io or similar). Knowing how Clutch works as a lead source is a plus.
  • Self-directed. We're a lean team β€” you'll own this without daily supervision. (Nevertheless, we’ll always be available when you need us.)
     

Nice to have

  • Experience selling marketing or lead gen services specifically.
  • Understanding of our niches: SaaS, manufacturing, logistics.
     

Compensation

  • Base + 
  • Bonus for KPI of qualified calls booked that the founder accepts.
  • % of revenue on deals that close (right now we have 10-20% closing rate from lead to client)
     

Why this role Small team, real ownership. You're not one BDR of twenty and you run the top of our pipeline. As Outventure scales, the seat grows with it.
