Lead Generation Specialist for Marketing Agency
We’re looking for a Lead Generation Specialist to join our agency and take ownership of inbound and outbound lead handling.
Your main role will be to manage and expand lead generation from our Upwork agency accounts, as well as qualify leads coming from our cold outreach campaigns.
The channels are already active and generating opportunities, so this is not a from-scratch role. We need someone who can keep the process organized, respond fast, qualify opportunities properly, and help us expand our reach over time.
What you’ll do:
- Manage lead generation through our Upwork agency accounts
- Reach out for a new jobs on Upwork and qualify incoming leads from cold outreach
- Keep leads organized and make sure no opportunities are missed
- Support conversations with prospects at the early stage
- Help improve processes and identify ways to expand lead volume and reach
What we’re looking for:
- Experience in lead generation and outreach
- Strong communication and qualification skills
- Ability to work independently and stay organized
- Experience with Upwork lead handling is a strong plus
- Understanding of agency services / B2B lead generation
Compensation:
We want offer a fixed rate + percentage from closed deals.
