Influencer Marketing Manager (Bloggers / Creators)
About the role
Lux Glass Hub is a multi-brand lifestyle e-commerce company growing in the US, EU and Asian markets.
We work with well-known global brands such as Gentle Monster, Versace, Prada, and others.
We are looking for an Influencer Marketing Manager who will build and scale collaborations with bloggers and creators to increase brand awareness and drive sales.
Your mission is to turn influencer collaborations into a scalable growth channel for the brand.
Responsibilities
• Find and evaluate bloggers and creators for collaborations
• Manage influencer partnerships and negotiations
• Plan and launch influencer marketing campaigns
• Coordinate content production with creators
• Track performance of collaborations and campaigns
• Scale high-performing influencer partnerships
• Monitor trends and discover new creators on social media
Requirements
• Experience in influencer marketing or social media marketing
• Experience working with bloggers and creators
• Understanding of Instagram and TikTok ecosystems
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• English level B2 or higher

Working hours: 10:00–19:00 (Ukraine time / EET)
