Country Director / CEO (iGaming, Tier 1-2)

     An international iGaming holding company specializing in the development and scaling of its own products in the online entertainment industry.
     The holding company is active in international markets and continues to expand its presence in tier 1-2 regions, developing scalable products and implementing modern technological solutions.
     We are looking for an experienced Country Director to lead operational management of an iGaming brand focused on Tier-1 / Tier-2 European markets.

     This role combines strategic oversight and daily operational leadership, coordinating multiple teams and ensuring sustainable growth of the brand. 
     The position requires a proactive leader with strong analytical thinking, capable of managing cross-functional teams and driving business performance through clear KPIs and operational discipline.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the brand across key European markets
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including Product, CRM/Retention, Risk, Support and Payments
• Define and monitor business KPIs and performance metrics
• Ensure alignment between marketing, product and operational teams
• Identify opportunities for market growth and operational optimization
• Lead teams toward achieving revenue and engagement targets
• Maintain operational efficiency and decision-making autonomy in a fast-paced environment

Markets

Primary markets include: Poland, Portugal, Greece

Experience working with these markets will be considered a strong advantage.
 

Requirements

• 3+ years experience in iGaming industry
• Previous experience as Country Manager / Operations Director / Brand Director
• Proven experience managing cross-functional teams
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to work with business metrics and KPIs
• Experience managing operational performance and growth strategy
• English — В2+
