Junior Digital Marketing Specialist

Our selection process includes:
— HR interview;
— Test Task;
— Tech interview;
— Final interview with the founders of the company.

Requirements:
— 6+ months of experience as a Marketing Specialist, SMM manager, or related position;
— Understanding of digital marketing principles and practices, with familiarity with digital tools and social media platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Reddit, Facebook, YouTube);
— Experience with SMM strategies and influencer collaborations;
— Are interested in tech and excited about the potential of AI in marketing;
— Understanding of business challenges with a practical, mature approach;
— Follow digital trends and enjoy exploring new tools and innovations;
— Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (Upper-Intermediate level or higher).
 

Responsibilities:

— Working on social media content creation and scheduling;
— Researching digital trends, competitors, and target audiences;
— Contributing to the planning and execution of marketing campaigns;
— Analyzing campaign performance and preparing reports;
— Participating in team brainstorms and idea development.
