Marketing Growth Manager (Apps)

We are building a Lean Apps Factory β€” a team that launches and scales subscription-based mobile apps across niches like health, productivity, education, lifestyle and AI tools.

We’re looking for a Marketing Growth Manager who will turn funnels, creatives and marketing experiments into predictable revenue and help build the growth playbook for our apps.

You’ll work at the intersection of performance marketing, product, creative and data, deciding what to test, what to scale and where to invest.

What you will do

  • Lead growth initiatives across performance marketing, product, creative and analytics
  • Design go-to-market strategies (ICP, offers, messaging, W2W / W2A funnels)
  • Work with UA team on media plans, testing roadmap and performance targets (CAC, ROAS, LTV)
  • Collaborate with Creative team to develop winning ad concepts and angles
  • Partner with Tech & Data teams to improve tracking, dashboards and automation
  • Use data to decide what to scale, stop or test next

Requirements

  • 3+ years in performance marketing or growth for mobile apps or subscription products
  • Strong experience in creative strategy and funnel optimisation
  • Strong analytical skills (CAC, ROAS, LTV, cohorts)
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with UA, Creative, Product and Data teams
  • Comfortable in fast-paced experimentation environments
  • English B2+
