Project Manager

Key Responsibilities:
Project Management and Delivery

• Own the full project lifecycle, from ideation to deployment and post-implementation review.
• Develop detailed project plans, ensuring alignment with business objectives and stakeholder expectations.
• Manage scope, timelines and resources to deliver projects on time.

• Drive projects forward with a sense of urgency, ensuring no delays in execution.

  
  Technical Expertise

• Collaborate with technical teams to evaluate solutions, troubleshoot issues, and resolve roadblocks.
• Leverage strong technical knowledge to make informed decisions and challenge assumptions.

• Ensure the delivery of scalable, efficient, and secure solutions that meet technical and business requirements.

• Qualifications and Skills Required:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience managing IT projects in high-growth or startup environments.
• Strong technical knowledge in areas such as software development, IT infrastructure, or cloud solutions.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to break down complex problems and implement effective solutions.
• Expertise in Agile, Scrum, or hybrid methodologies.
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, or Trello).
• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to manage cross-functional teams and stakeholder relationships.
