Affiliate Manager (Tier-1)

We are currently looking for an experienced Affiliate Manager to join our client’s team in the iGaming industry, focusing on Tier-1 markets.

This is a remote, full-time position with a strong focus on organic traffic acquisition and affiliate partnership development.

Responsibilities

• Identify, attract, and onboard affiliates for Tier-1 GEOs
• Conduct active cold outreach via Telegram, Skype, forums, communities, and databases
• Build partnerships from scratch and maintain long-term relationships with affiliates
• Manage the full affiliate lifecycle: onboarding, launch, optimization, retention, and scaling
• Analyze traffic performance and quality (fraud, retention, LTV, ROI)
• Monitor and scale traffic volumes
• Work closely with product, analytics, and technical teams
• Manage financial processes with partners (reconciliation, payouts, calculations)

Requirements

• 1+ year of experience as an Affiliate Manager in iGaming (casino/betting)
• Experience working with Tier-1 markets
• Strong skills in affiliate acquisition and cold outreach
• Deep understanding of organic traffic sources (SEO, PPC, ASO, etc.)
• Experience evaluating traffic performance using key metrics (deposits, ARPU, LTV, retention, fraud)
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• English B2+ is a plus
• Proactive, result-oriented mindset

• Own network of affiliates or media owners
• Experience scaling organic traffic sources
• Knowledge of iGaming market trends
