Junior IT Support (System Administration) / Trainee

We are looking for a Junior IT Support specialist at the Low Junior or Trainee level to work in our Dnipro office. This role is ideal for someone who wants to start a career in IT and gain practical experience in technical support and basic system administration.

You will work as part of the IT Support team and assist with daily user support tasks, equipment management, preparing devices for employees, and maintaining basic office IT infrastructure.

This is an entry-level position, so we are open to candidates without commercial experience. We value motivation, the ability to learn quickly, communication skills, and the desire to grow within the IT field.

English language requirement:
English level B1 โ€“ B2+

The candidate should be comfortable participating in calls with colleagues from other offices and able to understand basic technical communication in English.

Main responsibilities:

  • preparing laptops and equipment for employees
  • preparing devices for new employee onboarding
  • technical onboarding of new employees
  • technical offboarding of employees
  • issuing and tracking peripheral devices
  • processing internal IT support requests
  • participating in IT equipment inventory processes
  • supporting basic office IT infrastructure
  • participating in calls with colleagues from other offices

 

Nice to have:

  • experience with equipment inventory
  • experience preparing hardware for deployment
  • experience in IT Support or Helpdesk
  • basic networking knowledge
  • participation in internal process improvements
  • understanding of IT Asset Management principles
  • process documentation or process design skills
  • participation in hardware procurement optimization
  • experience evaluating hardware before decommissioning

 

Training approach:
We are ready to train candidates without commercial experience if they have a basic understanding of computers, networking, and hardware.

Our team already has structured onboarding and training processes that help new employees quickly adapt to their role. New team members usually start with simple tasks and gradually move on to more complex responsibilities as they learn the company infrastructure and internal processes.
