.Net Developer (based in Slovenia)

The primary objective of this position is to produce required product in conjunction with team members insuring it is of high quality and is timely.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Actively participate in numerous C# projects
• Maintenance support of legacy code, including ASP/ASP.Net, MVC, JS, SQL
• Gather and produce requirements and designs
• Write and test code for the required product
• Accurately plan software development activities and follow established processes
• Work productively as part of a software development team
• Have the functional and technical skills and knowledge to do the job at a high level of accomplishment
• Perform up to standard independently, self-starting
• Actively participate in discussions regarding technical issues

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related discipline
• Over 4 years of C# development, enterprise-class system architecture and design or equivalent combination of education, skills and experience
• Strong command of English (from B2 and higher) with the ability to communicate easily on wide range of topics, including technical discussions
• .NET Framework 4 (C#, ASP.Net)
• .NET Core / Framework 5+
• Good knowledge of SQL is a must
• Demonstrated record of delivering high quality software products to market
• Awareness of current technology
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to be a successful member of a team
• Desire to gain experience with distributed application architecture, interaction with offshore development teams

GOOD TO HAVE:

• Python — basic level
• Knowledge of jQuery, knockout.js is optional
• Knowledge of Classic ASP is a plus
• C++ and Containers (Docker) are optional
