AI Ethics Specialist

We are looking for an AI Ethics Specialist to help ensure that our AI systems are designed, developed, and deployed responsibly. In this role, you will evaluate AI models and processes to identify potential ethical risks, bias, and compliance concerns. You will collaborate with engineering, legal, and product teams to implement frameworks that ensure ethical, transparent, and trustworthy AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement ethical AI frameworks and governance policies.

Evaluate AI systems for bias, fairness, transparency, and accountability.

Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure responsible AI practices during model development.

Conduct risk assessments for machine learning models and AI products.

Monitor regulatory developments related to AI governance and compliance.

Design processes for ethical review and auditing of AI systems.

Provide training and guidance on responsible AI principles across the organization.

Requirements

3+ years of experience in AI governance, ethics, compliance, or policy.

Strong understanding of machine learning systems and AI technologies.

Knowledge of AI risk management, bias detection, and model transparency techniques.

Familiarity with emerging regulations such as the EU AI Act and global AI governance frameworks.

Strong analytical and communication skills.

Nice to Have

Experience working with AI research teams or data science teams.

Background in law, public policy, computer science, or data ethics.

Familiarity with model auditing tools and fairness metrics.

Experience implementing Responsible AI policies in production environments.
