HR manager to $1300

What will you do?
— Manage HR processes: onboarding, probation periods, development plans, 1:1 meetings, and offboarding
— Handle HR documentation and personnel records
— Coordinate L&D and benefits initiatives
— Closely collaborate with other departments 
— Conduct and oversee Probation and Performance Reviews
— Work with HR analytics and propose initiatives
— Actively participate in developing and implementing new HR processes in the company
