What You’ll Be Doing

• Analyzing competitors and evaluating their affiliate conditions.
• Distributing partners among the Affiliate Management team.
• Creating and developing loyalty programs that drive partner engagement.
• Conducting performance analytics for all Affiliate Managers.
• Managing SEO activities — initially hands-on, later supervising a hired specialist.
• Overseeing Support Affiliate Managers and guiding their performance.
• Preparing and structuring documentation for the team (FAQ, manuals, guidelines).
• Managing the affiliate program website: updates, relevance, design changes, testimonials, news.
• Acting as a strategic consultant for the entire Affiliate team.
• Driving the media presence of the affiliate program (articles, posts, conferences).
• Making final decisions regarding partner payments.

What Makes You a Great Fit

• You’re English (B2+).
• You have experience with Tier 3 markets.
• You have 12+ months of leadership experience in roles such as:
• Team Lead Affiliate / Head of Affiliates / Team Lead Mediabuying / Team Lead Tech Affiliate / Head of Tech Affiliate.
• You’re proactive, responsible, and take full ownership of outcomes.
• You work confidently with advanced Excel.
• You know how to hire, grow, evaluate, and manage a team.
• You understand how SEO websites function and contribute to traffic growth.
• You’re experienced with Revenue Share, CPA, Hybrid models, and understand GGR, ROI, and forecasting.
