Head of PSP

Our focus is on building scalable, data-driven products and continuously improving the player experience across multiple markets.
To support our rapid growth, we are looking for an experienced Head of PSP who will take full ownership of our payment infrastructure and provider ecosystem.
🚀 About the Role
This is a strategic leadership role combining payments expertise, analytics, negotiations and operational management.
You will be responsible for building and scaling a high-performance payment infrastructure, optimizing conversion and ensuring reliable payment flows across key markets.

💼 Key Responsibilities
• Source, negotiate, and integrate new PSP providers (primary focus: CIS markets)
• Build and scale the payment processing infrastructure
• Configure and manage payment cascading and transaction routing
• Optimize payment conversion rates and monitor performance metrics
• Manage relationships with PSP partners and improve operational efficiency
• Resolve technical and operational issues with providers
• Conduct competitor analysis and benchmark payment solutions
• Represent the company at industry conferences and networking events
• Lead, mentor, and scale the PSP team
✅ Requirements
• 2+ years of leadership experience in iGaming, Gambling, Forex, Crypto or FinTech
• Strong understanding of the PSP ecosystem and sourcing channels
• Proven experience building payment infrastructure from scratch
• Solid knowledge of payment gateways and processing systems
• Hands-on experience with cascading and payment routing
• Deep understanding of payment conversion optimization and performance metrics
• Strong negotiation and partnership management skills
• Willingness to travel and attend industry conferences
