Senior Performance Marketing Specialist (B2B SaaS)

We’re helping our partner, SRG Marketing, a New York-based agency in hiring a Senior Performance Marketing Specialist to own paid search strategy and client relationships for B2B SaaS companies across the United States.
 

SRG Marketing helps B2B companies build predictable revenue by turning Google Ads into a qualified sales pipeline. The focus is simple: drive real sales meetings and revenue outcomes by optimizing toward the metrics that actually matter.
 

You’ll work directly with CMOs and VPs of Marketing at venture-backed SaaS companies, owning both strategy and execution across accounts with meaningful budgets and high expectations.

This is not a role for someone who needs daily direction. We’re looking for someone who can step in, take ownership immediately, and confidently lead accounts end-to-end.
 

What You’ll Do

Campaign Ownership

  • Manage and scale Google Search campaigns across 4–6 B2B SaaS accounts ($5k–$50k/month budgets)
  • Own account strategy, execution, and optimization decisions
  • Launch and iterate experiments weekly (ad copy, offers, landing pages)
  • Optimize campaigns using downstream CRM and pipeline data
     

Lead Quality & Performance Analytics

  • Build and maintain HubSpot dashboards for client reporting
  • Set up and maintain tracking via Google Tag Manager and GA4
  • Optimize toward sales opportunities and pipeline, not just leads
  • Identify inefficiencies, eliminate wasted spend, and scale winning strategies
     

Client Strategy & Communication

  • Run monthly performance reviews with senior stakeholders
  • Present insights and growth opportunities clearly and confidently
  • Send proactive weekly updates via Slack
  • Flag risks early and recommend solutions

Your focus is strategy, execution, analysis, and client partnership.
 

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years of hands-on paid media experience
  • Deep expertise in Google Ads
  • Strong working knowledge of HubSpot, Google Tag Manager, and GA4
  • Experience managing B2B SaaS or lead generation accounts
  • Proven experience owning client communication and presenting results to executives
  • Fluent, confident English communication skills
  • Strong analytical thinking and comfort working with performance data daily
  • High ownership mindset — proactive, solution-oriented, and independent
     

Nice to Have

  • Background at venture-backed startups or high-performance agencies
  • Experience working with the U.S.-based client
  • LinkedIn Ads experience or other B2B acquisition channels

  • Required overlap: minimum 6 hours with 9am–6pm ET
