The Role

We are looking for a strong executor — someone who lives inside the ad platforms, understands performance and PPC metrics deeply, and knows how to turn data into action.

This is a hands-on role. You will manage campaigns daily, analyze performance deeply, and work closely with BI and Creative teams to drive measurable results. 

Responsibilities:

  • Launch, manage, and optimize paid campaigns in Meta Ads (Facebook Ads).
  • Monitor daily KPIs: CPL, CPA, FTDs, %CR, PV, Margin, LTV, ROAS
  • Identify performance trends and act quickly
  • Build structured A/B tests (creative, copy, funnels, targeting)
  • Work closely with BI to analyze cohort data and deeper performance signals
  • Collaborate with creative team on briefs and asset performance feedback
  • Manage budgets responsibly and scale winning campaigns
  • Ensure campaigns comply with platform and regulatory requirements
     

Requirements

Must have:

• 2–4 years of hands-on experience managing performance marketing campaigns across Meta Ads and additional paid media channels

• Experience in the Forex, iGaming, or other high-risk verticals

• Experience managing high paid budgets (preferably $200K+ monthly)

• Strong analytical skills and comfort working with numbers daily

• Experience working with BI tools, data dashboards and cohort analysis.

• Excel / Google Sheets skills

• Experience working with tracking systems and attribution logic
• Understanding of funnel optimization beyond lead generation.
